On behalf of the Institution of Civil Engineers Wales Cymru I would like to thank you and Premier Life Skills for providing an excellent training session on 17 November 2021. We leaned that performance in any organisation depends on the right direction, appropriate skills, and motivation, post pandemic we are having to work differently and that this potentially affects our motivation and mental welfare. The ‘Mapping Motivation to support your mental health’ event by Premier Life Skills gave us excellent advice, support and understanding of these issues and each registrant (85) had a unique, individual map sent to them. The map gave details of each registrant’s motivator’s contribution and how this can affect their personal performance, wellbeing, and their overall motivational score. The report described each individual's motivational drivers along with practical steps that can be taken to make use of this self-knowledge. On a personal basis too, I would like to thank you for this personal insight and my own motivation map, I gained valuable life skills that will assist me going forward .
