So much of our success in the workplace depends upon effectively communicating our message. We need to be clear, accessible and engaging to connect with our audience. Our People 1st International Train the Trainer programmes will give you the skills to plan, design, present and evaluate effective training sessions that participants will engage in and act on.

We offer three certified programmmes, Group Training Skills, On-the-Job Training Skills and Virtual Training Skills. They can be delivered face to face and/or online via the virtual classroom.

Group Training Certificate -

For regular high-end training Delivery

The Group Training Certificate programme provides the knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective, interactive, classroom-based theoretical training sessions to small groups of people. On successful completion, participants will be awarded People 1st International’s recognized Group Training Certificate (GTC).

This course is ideal for: Managers and team leaders who require a structured approach to classroom training, and trainers who wish to refresh their skills in classroom training delivery.

Practical Training Certificate

Introduction to ‘on-the-job’ Training

The Practical Training Certificate programme provides the knowledge and skills for those wanting to deliver “on-the-job” practical training. On successful completion, participants will be awarded People 1st International’s recognized Practical Training Certificate (PTC).

This course is ideal for: Staff moving into a role with responsibility for hands-on practical skills training, and trainers wishing to update their “on-the-job” training skills.

Certificate in Virtual Training –

Transform your training for virtual delivery

The Certificate in Virtual Training programme has been designed to train the online trainer how to plan, write, and adapt content to deliver highly effective, virtual classroom training. On successful completion participants will be awarded People 1st International’s Certificate in Virtual Training

This course is ideal for: Qualified or experienced trainers and teachers who are looking to develop their trainer skills, transition to virtual delivery and become a certified online trainer.
