And whilst we all know how important it is to lend a listening ear, the skills involved in addressing mental health and wellbeing issues effectively at work require a learned and adaptable approach. This course provides a solid foundation of skills and knowledge in Mental Health and Wellbeing awareness, in line with HSE Management Standards. Using a range of proven techniques and activities, this course helps you to provide practical, solution-focused support and training to staff experiencing mental and physical health issues.
